2019-2020

  • Publication of the academic calendar at the beginning of the session.
  • Introduction of online Student Satisfaction Survey.
  • Purchase of books to meet the demand for the introduction of CBCS at the UG level.
  • Submission of revised non-teaching staff pattern to the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal.

 

2020-2021

  • Organizing online awareness campaigns for faculty about student access platforms.
  • Promoting departmental organizing of academic seminars/webinars.
  • Seeking feedback from students, guardians, and stakeholders.
  • Implementation of a mentoring scheme.
  • Performing social responsibilities through NSS and NCC units, including a study on the impact of COVID-19 in nearby villages.

 

2021-2022

  • Initiation of Learning Management Software (LMS).
  • Regularizing career advancement for faculty members and in-service increments for Ph.D. degree awardees.
  • Publishing the e-copy of the college journal, "Open Eyes".
  • Installation of CCTV.
  • Installing a Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine with incinerator for girls' students.
  • Encouraging faculty members to attend Refresher Courses and Orientation Programs.
  • Encouraging faculty members to use ICT-based teaching-learning modules.
  • Regularizing Add-On courses.
  • Effective implementation of the Student's Credit Card Scheme.

  • Introduction of "Deeksharambh," a seven-day orientation program for new students.
  • Conducting Quality Audit with ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
  • Conducting Energy Audit.

  • Updating and amending program curriculum.
  • Establishing reliable feedback systems.
  • Encouraging faculty members to participate in conferences, workshops, and seminars.
