NSS and NCC unit

Sudhiranjan Lahiri Mahavidyalaya takes pride in its active National Service Scheme (NSS) and National Cadet Corps (NCC) units, which play a pivotal role in fostering a spirit of social service and discipline among students. The NSS unit, under the supervision of a professor, organizes various community service activities, including awareness drives, cleanliness campaigns, and health camps, encouraging students to contribute positively to society. The NCC wing, on the other hand, provides military training to students, instilling values of leadership, patriotism, and teamwork. Through participation in these programs, students develop a sense of responsibility, enhance their leadership skills, and prepare for challenges both within and beyond academic environments, embodying the ethos of service and integrity. Even the students have achieved National and International Fame by NCC under the supervision of a professor.
